Our Community Integration Team
Our Navigation teams conduct street outreach for persons experiencing homelessness and operate emergency shelters and Healing Centers using the closed-campus model. We provide housing resources such as Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing with
wrap-around support services using the Housing First Model.
Our Navigators are certified peer support specialists who are trained to meet individuals where they are at physically, emotionally, and mentally to provide individualized supportive services.
*We operate in Gila, Maricopa, Pima, and Yuma counties.
